On behalf of the Cherokee Area Councill, the John Ross District and your Camporee Staff, we welcome you to our Spring Camporee! The Staff have spent many hours to ensure that you will not forget this event for many years to come! During this camporee you will have the opportunity to compete in the Highland Games and enjoy the great outdoors!
This is an event that is designed for Scouts of all ages, from Lion to Eagle Scout.
Each patrol will need to bring with them, besides their normal camping gear, a Clan Cheer, and a Clan Name that they will be representing. Clans will have time to construct their very own Clan flag.
Awards will be given for, game winners, Scout Spirit, & Clan creativity! Scout Spirit will be based on teamwork, attitude, and participation of all members of the Clan.
Awards will be presented for both Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts, based on average scores per Clan at each event. (Cub Scouts should intermix dens for fairness. For instance, one boy from each den per Clan. Extras per Clan will be accepted as they are harder to form.) First, second, & third prizes will be available.
Patches and shirts will also be given to anyone who registers before the yearly due date. Anyone who registers after that date will not be guaranteed a patch or shirt.

Registration for this event is $20 per scout and $12 per leader.
The last day to register is March 15th, 2019 at midnight. Units may adjust numbers after that date, but no new registrations.
