To help you plan a safe and fun activity, the BSA provides various checklists and the “Sweet 16 of BSA Safety“ These two resources replace what was formerly known as a “tour permit” and, while the requirement to file these has changed, they are a useful tool in helping a leader-in-charge plan a campout or field trip.
