We want to provide you with some resources to help you continue #ScoutingAtHome for the duration of the quarantine period related to COVID-19. This post contains some resources that will be helpful. A team of volunteers on the District are also working to figure out new ways for the district to support Scouts, leaders, and families during this time. In the meantime, here are some compiled resources from councils across the nation.
First, you can always stay in contact with other leaders in our district by reaching out on our Facebook Group. It’s a great place to share resources or request resources from your fellow Scouts and Scouters as well as district and council staff and volunteers.
You can also onnect with Scouters all over the world using the BSA’s Official forum at https://discussions.scouting.org. You can also search for the hashtag #ScoutingAtHome on any social media site to see what other Scouters are talking about online. Don’t forget to use the #ScoutingAtHome hashtag when you post about what you are doing to keep Scouting going so you can be part of the conversation.
